My role: Product and User Experience Designer
Tools: Wireframing papers / Balsamiq / SketchApp / Photoshop / Marvel
Process: Business Model Canvas, Survey, Competitive Analysis, Personas, User Journeys, Wireframes, Clickable Prototypes, Branding, Advertising Design
Clickable Prototype: Test it
My responsibilities during this project: take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for more than 20K+ users, design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant for iOS platforms, seek out creative, design-led solutions to challenging problems, partner with engineers to oversee the user experience of new features and products from conception until launch (and then some), think at a high level about creative strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build').
I rely heavily on paper sketching to present the function and flow of products. I prefer using sharpies because it limits the amount of detail and focuses the sketch on just the broad points. For me, paper sketching is all about communicating a process or interaction – not getting feedback on body copy or iconography.
"Rosina has the unique ability among graphic designers to understand the goals of a project and not just create materials that "look good.” Rosina shares our approach to strategic thinking by always looking at the desired measurement of a project and keeping that in the forefront. While she is a great team player, she also takes the initiative to take on a project and build in her experienced perspective. We've used Rosina for many projects and she is versatile and easy to work with. We recommend her to any client."
